Top locatie in Koksijde

Groot, mooi en proper. Alles meer dan aanwezig. Een super locatie voor iemand die van rust houd. Dicht bij zee, parking bij de hand, wel betalend. Ook niet ver van halte tram. Dus zeker een toplocatie en een aanrader. En zeker de balkon super groot, langs beide zijden.

Je me suis laissée séduire par les photos de la terrasse... :(

J’ai été la première utilisatrice de ce logement via Booking.com et, malheureusement, je me suis laissée séduire par les belles photos de la terrasse. Je ne l’ai pourtant pas utilisée du tout, puisque je suis venue séjourner dans le logement pendant dix jours au mois de mars. Parmi les points positifs, je peux citer l’emplacement ainsi que la terrasse, qui sera certainement un atout de l’appartement pendant la période estivale. L’appartement disposait également d’un lave-linge. En dehors de cela, je ne recommande pas de séjourner dans cet appartement.

L’appartement était fortement imprégné d’une odeur de cigarette. Je suis arrivée pour un séjour de 10 jours en mars avec mon bébé de 7 mois et, dès l’entrée, j’ai regretté ma réservation. Une fois le chauffage allumé, l’odeur est devenue encore plus forte à cause de la poussière brûlée dans les radiateurs. J’ai dû aérer pendant plusieurs jours. L’odeur persistait dans les papiers peints repeints et les rideaux. Le logement était meublé avec des équipements très anciens, semblant dater des années 1990 : fer à repasser inutilisable car la prise ne correspondait à aucune prise du logement, vieux sèche-cheveux partiellement fondus et dotés de câbles endommagés, produits périmés laissés dans les placards par les précédents occupants. Une porte de placard de cuisine heurtait même le luminaire du plafond. Avant mon arrivée, le propriétaire m’a informée que l’abattant des toilettes était cassé. Bien que mon séjour ait duré 10 jours, il a refusé d’intervenir, expliquant avoir commandé une pièce sur Internet. J’ai trouvé surprenant de vouloir réparer un abattant aussi ancien plutôt que de le remplacer. L’appartement était annoncé pour 6 personnes, ce qui me paraît irréaliste. Le plus grand lit (140 × 200 cm) convenait à peine à moi et à mon bébé. Le second couchage était un vieux canapé-lit dans le salon. La chambre d’enfants était minuscule et les lits superposés semblaient adaptés uniquement à de jeunes enfants. La pression de l’eau dans la salle de bains était très faible et une odeur d’égout était présente dans les toilettes. Lorsque j’ai signalé l’odeur de cigarette, le propriétaire a insinué que mon mécontentement était lié à la météo. Or, j’ai eu un très beau temps durant mon séjour, ce qui a été la seule chose qui a sauvé cette expérience. Au final, ce fut ma pire expérience dans un logement réservé sur Booking.com. Le niveau réel du logement était nettement inférieur à ce que laissaient penser les photos.
