buena ubicacion pero carece de limpieza y articulos de higiene.
la ubicacion es genial.
Para la ubicacion de la zona no cumplio mis espectatibas ya que en primer lugar el precio que colocan el la plataforma de booking no es la misma porque para el establecimiento ellos agregan casi el doble del precio y no es correcto tener cargos ocultos por el servicio.
En otro punto el alojamiento no estaba en condiciones optimas ya que se encontraba sucio y en malas condiciones eh intima categoria.

PESIMO SERVICIO, EL ANFITRION SOLO CONTESTO HASTA RECIBIR SU PAGO QUE FUE ANTES DE ENTRAR AL DEPARTAMENTO, EL DEPARTAMENTO ES EL 5TO PISO, Y SIN LOS CUIDADOS QUE DICE TENER LA TV NO FUNCIONA, NO TIENE AGUA, NO TIENE WIFFI COCINA VIEJA, MUEBLES VIEJOS, POLVO, TODO OXIDADO, EL PISO DEL DEPA LEVANTADO. DEBERIAN SACAR A ESTA PERSONAL DE BOOKING YA QUE DAÑA SU IMAGEN COMO PAGINA DE BUSQUEDA.
LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE HEMOS TENIDO EN UN ALOJAMIENTO
Nuestra experiencia fue realmente decepcionante e inaceptable. Desde el momento de la reserva dejamos claramente indicado que viajábamos con una niña de 3 años, por lo que esperábamos encontrar un lugar limpio, seguro y con los servicios básicos funcionando.
Sin embargo, desde el primer día no tuvimos agua, una situación completamente inaceptable y especialmente complicada al estar con una niña pequeña.
Al ingresar al departamento, nos encontramos con un lugar en pésimas condiciones de limpieza y mantenimiento: las camas y sábanas estaban sucias, el microondas no funcionaba, la lavadora estaba sucia y también malograda, y los utensilios de cocina eran viejos y se encontraban en condiciones poco adecuadas para su uso.
Pero lo más grave fue la falta total de comunicación y preocupación por parte del propietario. Desde que llegamos no tuvimos ninguna comunicación ni asistencia para solucionar los problemas, a pesar de que se trataba de necesidades básicas y de que habíamos informado previamente que viajábamos con una niña pequeña.
Pagamos por un alojamiento que debía cumplir con unas condiciones mínimas de limpieza, higiene, mantenimiento y atención, y lamentablemente no encontramos nada de eso.
No recomendamos este departamento en absoluto. Consideramos que la publicación y las condiciones reales del alojamiento no estuvieron a la altura de lo esperado y que ningún huésped debería pasar por una situación como esta, mucho menos una familia con un niño pequeño.
