As a first timer in Megatower II Condotel in Baguio City, it is considered to have a very central and strategic location, which is one of its biggest selling points.
Walking distance to:
Baguio Cathedral ( 3mins. walk)
SM City Baguio (5-10 minutes walk)
Session Road ( 5mins walk)
Burnham Park (~10–15 minutes walk)
⭐ Very central (near tourist spots and malls)
⭐ Walkable to key areas
⭐ Convenient for visitors and renters
The owner of the unit is so kind and approachable. Thank you so much for the nice and wonderful accommodation. Will come back again for the next trip.
OVERALL, MEGATOWER II Condotel By Samarah, is a wonderplace, clean, with functional amenities, quiet facility and nice condo to stay in with family for 4D 3N, very approachable unit owner.
As a general point of view and opinion, megatower condotels are:
* Condos sits on sloped streets (uphill/downhill routes)
* Not a pine-tree and quiet hillside area
* Mountain views may be limited compared to other places of condos
* Parking exists like most CBD condos, but limited and sometimes paid
