Actually, the location. Right at the top of Soi 7 which is a circus! Fun though

ตอนแรกรู้สึกว่าตอนมีปัญหาการเช็คอินบางคนทำเหมือนว่าเราไม่มีเงินจ่ายทั้งๆที่เหตุการที่เกิดขึ้นเราก็ต้องสอบถามและเรียกร้องสิทการเข้าพักในการเกิดกรณีพิเศษบางอย่างตอนที่ยังไม่เจอคนที่ดูแลและจัดการดูเหมือนจะคุยยากและไม่เข้าใจ แต่ดีที่พอเจอแล้วรู้สึกประทับใจที่เขาพูดเพราะสุภาพและยังแสดงถึงความรับผิดชอบและเห็นอกเห็นใจเรา รู้สึกได้ว่าพวกเขาใจดีและใส่ใจลูกค้า

The hotel is in an excellent location, with Walking Street and the beach just a short walk away. It is also situated on the busy Soi 7 road. The room was clean, and overall cleanliness was good.
The biggest drawback is that the hotel has no lift. Staying on the fifth floor was extremely uncomfortable due to the heat, and carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult.
There was no mirror in the room, so I had to go to the bathroom just to comb my hair. There was also no telephone or intercom in the room to contact the reception. Another major inconvenience was that nobody was available at the reception before 11:00 AM. This made checking out quite troublesome. Even getting the daily supply of drinking water was difficult during those hours.
