Nicht nochmal

Der Preis ist ganz ok, wenn der Rest gestimmt hätte.

Die Wohnung wurde nicht ansatzweise gereinigt und auch nicht kontrolliert, denn da wäre aufgefallen das der Backofen komplett verschmutzt ist und die Ausstattung in einem dreckigen defekten Zustand ist. Auf der Nachttischlampe lag eine Nadel von einem Diabetikermessgerät. Es hingen Lampen aus der Decke oder sie flackerten, sowie die Abdeckung des Badlüfters war nicht fest sowie der WC Sitz.

Große Wohnung, aber schlechte Sauberkeit, irreführende Beschreibung und ein sehr unprofessioneller Check-in.

Die Wohnung war geräumig und für eine vierköpfige Familie gut geeignet. Die Lage war ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Die Sauberkeit war leider sehr schlecht. Außerdem entsprach die Beschreibung der Unterkunft in mehreren Punkten nicht der Realität. Es waren fünf Betten angegeben, tatsächlich gab es jedoch nur zwei Doppelbetten. Auch WLAN war in der Beschreibung aufgeführt, obwohl keines vorhanden war. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war sehr stressig. Trotz mehrerer Nachrichten erhielten wir lange keine Antwort. Am Anreisetag bekamen wir sogar eine E-Mail von Booking.com, dass die Unterkunft uns nicht mehr aufnehmen könne. Das hat unsere Familie kurz vor der Abreise unnötig verunsichert. Später teilte uns der Gastgeber mit, wir sollten kommen, da er vor Ort sei. Als wir ankamen, war jedoch niemand dort. Stattdessen mussten wir einen Videoanruf machen, damit er uns zeigen konnte, wo sich der Schlüssel befindet. Besonders enttäuschend war das Verhalten des Gastgebers beim Check-in. Er sprach in einem unhöflichen und respektlosen Ton mit mir – sogar vor meiner Familie. Das war sehr unangenehm und unprofessionell.

Entspricht nicht der Beschreibung!!!!

Also als allererstes, es gab keine 2 Schlafräume, wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Es werden 6 Betten angegeben, aber es waren nur 2 Ehebetten, ein Schlafsofa & zwei Luftmatratzen. In der Küche gab es nicht mal richtiges Kochgeschirr sie waren zum teil auch kaputt um was zu kochen. Es gab auch keine vernünftiges Putzzeug, um mal im Bad zu wischen, weil durch die begehbare Dusche, die nicht richtig geschlossen war, etwas nass geworden ist. Das Bad hatte nicht mal einen Spiegel. Der Kleiderschrank war nicht richtig aufgebaut. Die Küchenstühle waren nicht fest, Man dachte, gleich gehen die kaputt. Selbst der Staubsauger war kaputt. So nun zum Schluß, Wir wurden gefragt wann wir einchecken? Wir haben eine Uhrzeit angegeben , Daraufhin wurde dann kurz bevor iman da war, geantwortet, dass man nun doch erst um 15 uhr ei checken kann. Also haben wir noch mal ne Stunde gewartet. Wir waren dann ca. 15 Minuten eher da , Es kam eine Frau raus Wir wurden komisch angeguckt, ohne das was gesagt wurde. Sie ist dann einfach abgehauen.. Wir hatten vorher eine Handy-Nummer bekommen, wo aber kein Anschluss war. Wir waren richtig sauer, da wir auch ein Baby dabei hatten. Bis uns zwei Männer, die Gott sei Dank auf einmal auftauchten, uns gefragt haben was wir hier wollen? Wir haben das dann erzählt..Der eine Mann rief dann jemanden und erst nach dem Gespräch wurde uns gesagt, wie wir an die Schlüssel rankommt. Unser Resümee ist. Nochmal werden wir diese Wohnung nicht buchen, da es der Beschreibung nicht entsprochen. Auch, wenn der Preis okay war.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, in ein paar Minuten ist man im Centrum. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Im großen und ganzen war es super. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und sehr freundlich.

In der Beschreibung ist von 2 Schlafzimmer die Rede, was leider nicht ganz richtig ist, es ist lediglich ein großer Raum mit ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten. Was für uns als Familie jetzt nicht unbedingt ein Problem darstellt. Für nicht so eng verbundene dürfte es doch etwas komisch sein. Kleines Manko war auch, dass im Badezimmer noch kein Spiegel vorhanden ist.
