No recomiendo este lugar.

Nada.

No recomiendo este alojamiento. Al llegar, encontramos un espacio muy distinto de lo que esperábamos: había olor fuerte a humedad/suciedad, poca iluminación, mosquitos, solo una toalla y no logramos conectarnos al internet. Además, las instrucciones de acceso que recibimos contenía una clave incorrecta. Debido a estas condiciones decidimos no hospedarnos y reservamos otro hotel esa misma noche. Posteriormente solicité un reembolso, que el alojamiento rechazó. Lo más preocupante fue que, después de plantear la situación, el administrador se comunicó conmigo y utilizó expresiones como “mala vibra”, “quejona” y “vieja chingona”, lo cual considero completamente inapropiado en el trato hacia una huésped. Actualmente he elevado el caso a Atención al Cliente de Booking.com. Mi experiencia tanto con las condiciones encontradas como con el trato posterior fue muy negativa.

La ubicación.

La cocina era un desastre por el tiradero de los otros huéspedes.Y cuando llegué ni siquiera se veía muy limpia. llena de cosas arriba del refrigerador. Tal vez les falta ma espacio de almacenamiento en la cocina. Otro detalle muy importante, las escaleras de acceso al primer piso, son hechizas y no tienen barandal.

La ubicación súper buena, tranquila, no nos faltó nada en la cocina , todo muy limpio, la terraza con una muy buena vista y la administradora muy atenta 🫶🏻
