The connection to the Metro Station, few minutes walking distance. Cleanliness, hot shower, Towels, blankets, Shower gel, Shampoo (but do bring your own :)), Hairdryer, Coffee maker, Washing machine (although we didn’t use it because we only stayed for 2 days).
Rooms is too tiny for 3 adults (it’s a room for max. 2 adults not more). There’s not much airflow/circulation. Those 2 days that we stayed we open the main entrance to the building (my husband guarding the door for 15 min), our room door and our room Window to allow air to circulate or else you have that damp smell; probably the damp smell from the Washing machine on the entrance floor. Or else everything is very clean and tidy.
