There were only two of us (plus dog!) so the downstairs space seemed exceptional, a large living room (plenty for at least four people) and a palatial kitchen! Everything was new, facilities included wifi (plenty of TV channels), very large cooker, well arranged storage and waste receptacles, dining table with 4 chairs, all very well lit. We never used the wood burner, but that would have been a nice touch on a cold damp evening 😀
Upstairs, comfortable beds and two bathrooms (one with serviceable if not large shower, one with a bath which we didn’t use).
Lots of charging points dotted around.
All directions and instructions were very clear, we gained access easily and departed without any bother whatsoever. The location in the village was really excellent, about 50m from the bustling high street with its very characterful eateries. The whole village is very picturesque.
We are both quite tall (I am 190cm+). The only thing to mention is the upstairs headroom, anything departing from the central roof line required (for us) a stooped posture. Banging a head against the flat plasterboard was not a serious issue, but the sharp corners of the dormer windows at about 185cm above (for example) both loos were particularly unforgiving and needed to be treated with a lot of respect when standing up. (That said, you didn’t make that mistake twice! 🤕

Beautiful house with everything you could need for a comfortable break. Location is excellent and parking space is a huge bonus!

A propriedade é simplesmente excepcional: beneficia de uma localização privilegiada e, apesar de inserida num condomínio, oferece a privacidade típica de uma moradia independente. Dispõe de lugar de estacionamento, está equipada com todas as comodidades e apresenta um nível de limpeza irrepreensível, aliado a um cuidado e bom gosto notáveis na decoração. A vizinhança revelou-se discreta e tranquila, exatamente o que procurávamos. A equipa responsável pela gestão esteve sempre disponível para prestar apoio e esclarecimentos. À chegada, fomos ainda surpreendidos com a gentileza de uma garrafa de vinho. Vivemos dias verdadeiramente felizes e esperamos regressar em breve.

The entire property was clean, hygienic and very cozy
Bathroom was a bit small and snug, the room ceiling was a bit low
