A szállás gyönyörü nyaralóövezetben található, buszmegálló a ház előtt, amellyel reptér 45 perc és Funchal központja 15 perc alatt elérhető. Az út túloldalán, 3 percre nagyon jó supermarket található. Az apartman ragyogóan tiszta, új, nagyon ízlésesen berendezett, tőkéletesen felszerelt, gépesített. Az erkélyről nagyon szép kilátás nyílik az óceánra. Carolina szállásadó részletes, fényképes útmutatót adott Watsappon az apartman eléréséhez, kapukód, kulcsátvételéhez kód zárható dobozban. Kérdéseinkre azonnal reagált, kedvesen érdeklődött tartózkodásunk felől. Kérésünkre biztosította, hogy egy órával később 12 órakor, kijelentkezhettünk távozásunkkor. Az apartmanházhoz medence is tartozott.
A nappaliban található kinyitható kanapéágy alvásra kényelmetlen, nagyon kemény. A medence körül törött napozóágyak. A melegvíz 2-3 per után a csap kinyitása után kezd felmelegedni, így addíg csak hideg víz folyik. Zuhanyzásnál, mosogatásnál ezt figyelembe kell venni.
