Picobello neues Hausboot in perfekter Lage mit Blick auf den Yachthafen und -180 Grad gesteht- auf Meer und den Sonnenuntergang!
Am schönsten morgens zum Kaffee und abends zum Wein und im Whirlpool
Donnerstag- Samstag waren von 23:00 - 1:00 Uhr Live- Konzerte im Ort. Sehr laut, aber für unsere Geschmack wenigstens gute Musikauswahl

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this unique experience. We were a group of five: two children, two pensioners (one of them 86 years old), and the children’s mother.
The location is amazing, with breathtaking sunrises, beautiful sunsets, and stunning views all around. The lodge had everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Staying directly on the water made this experience very special and unforgettable.
The rooftop jacuzzi was absolutely fantastic and became one of the highlights of our stay. The children especially loved it!
The beach is just a short walk away, while the town center is a little farther but still easily reachable. You need to walk along the pier to reach the main area, but that is exactly what makes this place so special — you are literally living on the sea.
Whenever we had a request or needed assistance, the hosts responded quickly and were very helpful. The rooftop awning was not working during our stay, but it did not cause us any inconvenience.
We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back again. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something unique, comfortable, and unforgettable.
The only drawbacks we experienced were:
Depending on the tide or water level, the floating lodge can move slightly away from the pier. In that case, you need to pull it closer using the rope provided. This may be difficult for elderly guests or anyone with limited mobility, as stepping across the gap can be challenging.
We were unfortunately unable to connect to the Wi-Fi despite carefully following the instructions provided. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it would be nice if the connection process could be simplified or checked for future guests.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht und das Deck sind der Wahnsinn!
Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und haben es sehr genossen ein paar Tage auf dem Boot zu verbringen. Das Haus liegt mitten im Hafen. Der Strand ist 10min zu Fuß und die Stadt ca. 20min, da man einmal komplett um den Hafen laufen muss.
Leider war unser Check-In nicht ganz einfach. Der Schlüssel muss im Hotel am Hafen abgeholt werden. Allerdings mussten wir eine Stunde auf den Schlüssel warten, da dieser nicht auffindbar war. Hotel ist ausschließlich für die Schlüsselausgabe da, mit der Vermietung haben sie nichts zu tun - sie haben ihr bestes gegeben den Schlüssel aufzutreiben. Der Informationsaustausch zwischen Vermieter, Verwaltung und vor Ort Hotel ist etwas stockend & könnte besser sein.
Es wäre zudem super gewesen eine genaue Anleitung zum Haus/Whirpool zu bekommen und auch Grundlegende Dinge vorab mitzuteilen. Bsp.: es gibt pro Apartment nur 2 Rollen Klopapier - der Rest muss selber gekauft werden. WLAN Passwort war auch nirgendwo ausgelegt und wir mussten proaktiv nachfragen.
Es sind nur “Kleinigkeiten”, die aber für den Mieter stressfreier wären wenn die Kommunikation besser laufen würde.
