The host Kanini was absolutely lovely! Our flight arrived in Nairobi at 10:30pm, so didn't make it to the accommodation until very late at night. Kanani communicated with us the entire time, and asked security to help us with a everything which was very appreciated.
The apartment is very stylish and clean. The hot water was fantastic!! (and easy to use thanks to the instructional video she sent). We had a slight issue with the water dispenser, but someone came and promptly showed us how to use it. The apartment is also very conveniently located to the local shopping center and to the Marriott which was a nice place to have a luxury lunch.
We had a great stay here at Shalom Haven, would recommend !
My only criticism is that the bed is very hard.
