Disappointing experience, mainly due to inefficient administrative procedures and rude personnel

The location is excellent, the apartment is nice and clean, but it completely lacks details and not well provided

Very disappointing experience, mainly due to poor management. Communication was extremely slow (answers often taking up to two days or no answers at all), and while messages through Booking.com were somewhat acceptable, the tone on their WhatsApp was often rude and dismissive. The check-in process is unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Guests are required to pay 10 days in advance, complete an excessive verification process, and then repeat all their information again for check-in. This was poorly communicated and only brought up at the last minute. Despite having reached out in advance and receiving no response, I was later blamed for “not paying attention,” which is simply unprofessional. The apartment itself is decent and well located, but it lacks very basic essentials. The kitchen was inadequately equipped (not enough utensils or glasses for the advertised capacity of four), there were no kitchen towels, only one face towel, and the bathroom had no shelf for personal items at all. The shower also leaked badly. Overall, while the unit has potential, the inefficient and unprofessional administration, combined with the lack of attention to basic details, made the stay quite uncomfortable and unpleasant. It's a pity that Booking.com offers such apartments.
