CHEGUEI ONTEM AS 15:05 PARA O CHECK IN E FUI INFORMADA QUE A PESSOA QUE ME ALUGOU O QUARTA TINHA QUE TER PREVIAMENTE LIBERADO MINHA ENTRADA E DOS MEUS FILHOS! NAO ESTAVAMOS LIBERADOS. Se barulho e limpeza não são importantes pra você, a acomodação é ótima!

quando chegamos no quarto tinha uma vassoura na porta alguem varreu e não recolheu pois a sujeira estava lá , quando cotei coloquei 3 pessoas ,mas só tinha 2 toalhas muito ruim ,

Atendimento ruim, falta de cuidado, não voltarei.

Gostamos da localização, da cortesia de garagem e do tamanho do quarto. Cama confortável.

O atendimento no local é bem ruim, funcionários desatenciosos, tanto na recepção quanto na garagem. A TV estava com problema, desligava e religava a cada 3 minutos. As toalhas de banha eram muito velhas, bem ásperas, ruins mesmo (uma economia boba, não custan muito manter as toalhas novas). Mas o ponto mais desagradável foi no check-out, ouve um erro de comunicação, nós entendemos que poderíamos sair às 14h (pedido feito previamente e aprovado) mas a próprietária nos ligou por volta das 12h 30, falando alto, dizendo que não podia esperar, que tinha outra pessoa para entrar às 14h. Voltamos rapidamente e retiramos tudo do quarto. Mas foi muito desagradável, faltou educação.
