The villa is super clean, comfortable, spacious and tastefully done. The kitchen is well equipped. You get a nice flavour of living in Koh Samui on your own. The host was available to answer calls or reply to what’s app if there was any issue. The pool is cleaned twice a week and the gardeners also come often to clear the leaves.
The WiFi was a little weak and a couple of days it didn’t work at all. The size of the pool is smaller than you might think. More like a large plunge pool. The location was a little difficult to find even for the local taxi and grab drivers, so the address might need to be given in full or more detail perhaps.

The villa was our base for 8 nights in Koh Samui, it was peaceful and private and the pool was an excellent place to end off hot days of exploring. The host was very responsive to all our questions and the villa was very clean and tidy.
I’d recommend a games cupboard, but that is personal preference and no reflection on the villa itself.

La maison est sympathique et très moderne même si elle paraît beaucoup plus grande sur les photos
L’hôte est réactive
Nous avons eu d’innombrables coupures de courant, soit dit en passant, avec pour conséquence que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser l’eau et l’électricité pendant deux jours complets.
Nous n’avions pas non plus d’eau chaude. Il a fallu attendre plusieurs jours avant que la propriétaire appelle finalement quelqu’un pour régler le problème.
Une des toilettes était bouchée sans aucune raison apparente. La climatisation fuyait également.
La piscine est toute petite.
L’emplacement est au milieu de nulle part et les 7-Eleven sont assez éloignés.
La maison est annoncée pour sept personnes, mais il n’y a même pas assez de chaises pour accueillir sept personnes. Ne comptez pas non plus sur l’extérieur pour faire un barbecue ou profiter de la terrasse : l’espace est minuscule.
Nous étions donc mécontents de notre séjour, même si nous avons finalement pu obtenir un petit remboursement de la part de la villa.
