Awful
Location is ok . Lots of local shops nearby and parks.
Cleaners were still there when we arrived at 4pm. We had to wait in our car for almost 45 minutes in cold, rainy weather. We watched the cleaner take out coffee, tea, and milk sachets from the cleaning caddy which obviously has cleaning products, rubbish and everything else in there. Needless to say we didn't use any of the sachets. The dining table was barely standing up, and only had three chairs (we're a family of four). The sofa was barely cushioned and there was barely any utensils or pots and pans in the kitchen. We had to wait for maintenance to come with new pots and utensils which took a couple hours. By that time we had to order food from a local take away as it was getting late and my children were hungry. This added expense I hadn't allocated for as we prefer to cook as a family. The heating wasn't working properly and it was so cold. The house you see in the pictures is nothing like what you get. The tv wasn't working so the maintenance guy had to come sort it. This property is fine if you're just looking for a place to put your head down and you plan to eat out. Not a family friendly property by any means. Very overpriced. Haven't had this bad of an experience staying anywhere before. After complaining , we were moved to another property not far from this one which was much more comfortable. However, we encountered an issue with the heating again and had to double up quilts for my children to sleep in as it was so cold. The maintenance guy came to us the next morning and by that night it had happened again. It was a simple battery change in the thermostat that was needed but maintenance didn't change the battery. I'm still awaiting a call from the manager in regards to my experience during my stay. It has been a week and still haven't heard from him.
