As the pictures show, this is a lovely modern, light, spotlessly clean flat , on 2 floors, great for a short stay, 2 mins across road is the path access that goes direct along the sea front lovely long walk. There is a Co Op right near for any supplies, other reviews mention building work, we heard hardly any noise from the site in morning, we were out all day by 10.30am, and when return evening was quiet . Try chef Carlos, paella tapas etc. with few other bars coffee shops along Southbourne grove.
Nothing we didn’t like…. a modern clean flat , which it is, to be really picky, personal
Choice would be nice have a shelf under mirror in bedroom it’s a woman thing place items on make up etc!..

views from the windows was not great as a huge building was being built
