Excellent location near the subway, DDP, and shopping malls. Also close to restaurants, convenience stores, and cultural centers. The russian/uzbekistan cusine, shopping boutiques, and other multinational stores are there.
I like the location, cleanliness, comfort, and price. However, there's no elevator, but it is not a big issue if you don't have heavy luggage. Also, there is no iron and no scales if you want to check the luggage weight. But there is free coffee, water, service noodles, and complement package (with a toothbrush, face wash foam, but no razor).

駅からすごく近いところ。
部屋がとても狭い。キャリー広げるのも一苦労。シャワー室がとても狭い。エレベーターがない。この値段でこのクオリティはちょっと😭
