A stunning villa in a stunning location, right on the seafront, just a stone's throw from a quiet, uncrowded beach.
It was just added to the tourist circuit this year, and everything looks impeccable.
It can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with 2 twin beds and 2 upstairs with double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and air conditioning.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a pull-out sofa that sleeps 2 people.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stovetop, electric oven, sink, coffee maker, dishes, sandwich maker, and citrus juicer. You’ll also find a washing machine here, complete with detergent, as well as a handheld vacuum cleaner. Outside, there’s a gas grill with a propane tank, ready for use.
The entire villa is covered by two Wi-Fi networks, both of which work well. In the living room, there’s also a large smart TV, to which you can easily mirror the screen of a tablet or phone if you want to watch a movie one evening.
Up on the roof, there’s a gorgeous terrace where you can sit in the evening, chatting over a bottle of wine and enjoying the good times.
There is space to park 4 cars in the yard.
The owners are attentive and quick to respond to requests, but they won’t bother you with their presence.
My recommendations for beautiful beaches, no more than an hour’s drive away:
1. Elafonisi—about an hour’s drive away, a must-see beach for which you should set aside a full day, but be sure to leave the villa at 7 a.m. and arrive by 8:30 a.m. at the latest to secure sun loungers and umbrellas.
2. Falasarna Beach—about a 20-minute drive away, a gorgeous, very large beach, though a bit pricey depending on where you choose to sit on the lounge chairs; you can find more details on Maps.
3. Agia Marina Beach—similar to Falasarna, but with more reasonable prices and warmer water.
Was not a must, but would of been nice that in 10 days to have 1 or 2 cleaning service, including bed sheets changing. It is true that if you prefere intimacy, you have all you need in the villa to do it by yourself.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply unbeatable – right next to the sea with crystal-clear water and excellent snorkeling opportunities just a few steps from the terrace.
The villa is exceptional: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail has been carefully thought out, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The sea views from the living room, terrace, and rooftop are breathtaking.
Our host, Carolyne, was fantastic. She was always kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.
The location is ideal for exploring western Crete, with Balos Beach, Falassarna Beach, Elafonissi Pink Beach, and Chania all within easy reach.
This was one of the best family holidays we have ever had – perhaps even the very best. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable stay in Crete.
