Newly built house
Everyone is sharing the house, no heating in the house, furniture is blocking the access between the kitchen and the room's. For the size of the house, the shower felt like a matchbox.

Horrible Experience - definiately not recommended.
Travelling to HentiesBay on 02/04/26, after making the booking and the confirmation, staying 02-06/04/2026, we were called by the agent who request PoP, after my request to make payment upon arrival. (We are on the road, no internet to make a payment)
Upon arrival we found that there is no WiFi at the premises. Agent keep on bugging about PoP. We had to go buy a WiFi Router and data (N$1500.00). (The Agent sent us a email to say that the premises do not have WiFi, which we only received after we got internet). The payment was done about 17:30 as the bank was also offline, and PoP was send to the Agent via the bank.
Morning of 03/04/26 09:00 received call from agent requesting PoP and the money is not in the bank. (EFT payments after 12:00 will only show after 12:00 the next day - commen knowlegde) Spend whole morning listening to agent's excuses and stories. She got the PoP via the bank at about 10:30.
I requested the owners contact number and their NTB Certificate.
The accomodation is not up to standard as per NTB requirments. eg. No bedside lights, toilets uncomfortable,etc. (Still did not receive the certificate)
They also advertise eg. A private beach, bathroom, & Wifi, etc. (still looking for it).
There is a garage with excess on our remote, and a inside door to the house, but we are not allowed to use it????
The owner was friendly and understanding and after the whole morning back and forth, allowed us access to the garage (wow).
We were very uncomfortable and felt unsafe with the cleaning lady who, at odd hours was in the 3rd bedroom entering via the room's outside door.
We were awaken on morning if the 06/04/26 at 03:30 with a unauthorised entering of the premises as the alarm went off. (Neatless to say, we did not sleep after that.)
Overall this was a horrible experience and definiately not recommended to any body.
