Le manager a dû oublier la signification du mot "International" dans la marque Mercure International.
* À proximité immédiate de l'aéroport...international de Kunming, on peut s'attendre à ce que le personnel parle anglais. Sur 4 présents au Desk, pas un ne bredouillait la langue de Shakespeare. Après une longue journée de voyage, ce n'est pas du meilleur effet, au vu du prix. Les personnels des auberges de jeunesse de Kunming parlent un anglais parfait - donc M. le manager, ce n'est pas un problème de main d'oeuvre ou que les chinois ne maîtrisent pas la langue. No pain, No gain.
* À quoi sert un restaurant qui offre le dîner seulement de 17h à 20h ? Là encore, au vu de la marque Frenchie que vous mettez en avant, on peut s'attendre à mieux.
