Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and the ferry to the island. Very friendly and welcome reception. Comfortable balcony with lovely view.
Somewhat circuitous route to our room with the lift only going to the second floor but our room was on the 3rd. I think help would have been provided with bags had we needed it.

The hotel is ok
We had a traffic problem and we emailed the hotel that we would arrived late at night (12pm). No one waited for us, one night lost, no money back. My suggestion is to activate a 24/7 service even automatic.
If you arrived from far away better choose another hotel.
