The host was very friendly, kind, communicative, and easy to contact, the location was right at the city center, less than 500 m to the bus station, quiet residential neighborhood, restaurants, bakery and super markets just a few meters walk, comfortable beds, modern, adequate, and well maintained amenities, many available lockers for each room, many available bathroom and toilets for the guests, affordable price per night.
Perhaps a small kitchen facility would be a good addition to the amenities when there would be additional space available. I think an improvement to the ventilation for each room would be good as well since the air could get a little stuffy when the hotel is fully booked. The rest was in place and in order.
