The place is spacious, warm, beautiful, and fully furnished, with a great location and free parking right outside (15m from the building). It has a fully equipped kitchen that was perfect, a grocery store nearby (500m), and the city center is just a 5-minute walk away. It's ideal for a short, medium, or long stay, with the only downside being that there is no wardrobe. Extra bed in the living room (extensible couch) is also a plus. Two TVs which kept the kid happy during two if the rainy days. Communication with the owner was amazing.
I wish there had been a wardrobe so we didn't have to live out of our suitcases during a long stay (10+ days). The coffee machine also had an odd smell, probably because it hadn't been used in a long time, though a quick wash fixed it right up. We were three so one had to sleep in the living room and the extensible couch is not the most comfortable bed, but it does the trick.
It was very hot so we had to tune down the heating after discussing with the owner. No AC but we were there in October so no problem for us, but because it is on the ground floor and not facing south I recon is not that hot in the summer, but not 100%.
