Just 0.5 miles from the town’s sand and shingle beach, the apartment features an open-plan living area, two king-size bedrooms and a small outside area, the perfect pit stop for anyone coming to explore the Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB.
You won’t fail to miss the apartment block, which is part of a new development on the edge of town, near Southwold Common. Heading down the steps you’ll find yourself in an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a bright space enjoying underfloor heating and lined with contemporary soft furnishings and gadgets that foodies and TV addicts will love. You can be sure of a restful night’s sleep in either the en-suite super-king-size bedroom or king-size bedroom, and start the day right in the large bathroom opposite. The small outside paved area is a great spot for a morning coffee or fish supper.
