The Tropical Hideaway is a relaxed, elevated 4-bedroom home surrounded by lush gardens, featuring a large breezy balcony and a private salt magnesium pool.
Perfectly positioned just minutes from Casuarina Square, the airport, Jingili Water Gardens, and the Nightcliff Foreshore, it’s an ideal base for families, friends, or work stays looking to enjoy the best of Darwin living.

This is a quiet residential neighbourhood
Guests have access to the entire property.
• Fully air conditioned with fans in every room to keep you cool and comfortable
• Salt magnesium plunge pool
• Parking for two cars undercover, secured behind automatic gate
• Pet friendly. Please make sure your pet is added to the booking. Pet fee applies. Max of 2 pets. Pets welcome inside but please keep them off the furniture.
• Large fully fenced backyard
• Cot & highchair available on request
• Washing machine & laundry detergents provided

• The large kitchen is well equipped and includes coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, toaster and kettle
• Tea, coffee, milk and basic pantry items (oils, sauces etc.) provided
• Extra large breezy verandah with outdoor dining and lounge areas and a BBQ
• Main bedroom has King bed
• Second bedroom has a double bed
• Third bedroom has a double bed
• Main bathroom with shower over bathtub and a 2nd separate toilet.
• Bathroom essentials provided, including hair dryer
• WIFI and Smart TV
DOWNSTAIRS (self contained granny flat)

ACCESSIBILITY INFO:
Please note this is an elevated house, the kitchen, living areas and three of the bedrooms are accessed via one flight of stairs.
The shower is located over the bath in the upstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower.
