My son and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was very spacious, with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The location on Ashford in the heart of Condado was perfect, with La Hacienda directly across the street and Eros Market below us. A minor restocking issue was resolved very quickly by the management company, who kept in contact with us throughout the visit. The space was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book this property again!

Booked from Saturday - Monday and there was zero water. Couldn’t shower, couldn’t use the bathroom, couldn’t cook / clean. Tried reaching out to the host several times without any response (just repeated message). There was a water shortage in some areas of Puerto Rico but that was communicated to us the night before flying out. Never tried to compensate for the lack of water. Had to book another hotel just to shower and use the bathroom. Also it was listed that there would be a blow dryer in the room so I didn’t bring mine but there wasn’t.
