About this house rental
This cozy, ski-in/ski-out townhome puts you so close to the slopes at Big White Mountain that the only way to get closer would be to sleep on the chairlift! Strap on your skis or snowboard and head right for fresh powder every morning, then come home in the afternoon to soak your muscles in the private hot tub on your patio. Warm-weather visitors will love the easy proximity to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. At home, you’ll find an open, airy layout, with high ceilings, hardwood floors, a soaring stone fireplace, and plenty of room to spread out. Put on your chef’s hat and pop into the full kitchen to whip up family favourites, then gather around the dining table for a meal together before heading out. At the end of the day, get cozy in front of the gas fireplace and relax with a movie while the day’s clothes get a refresh in the washer/dryer. Overall good. Host/team is responsive to issues we had including hot water tank malfunctioning. Someone came to repair it the next day or 2. Pillows definitely need replacing - too lumpy and flat to offer to guests. We requested different pillows but they said no. Water kettle also wasn’t working properly but they could not replace. Beware of initial starter pack of essentials - we ran low on toilet paper and they said once the starter pack is done, it’s the guest’s responsibility…they did end up giving us extra toilet paper but it did cause us some stress as that was not on listing. That seemed a little outrageous considering it was a weekly rental with 8 people.

The place was bigger than the pictures showed. Much nicer in person. Two families fit perfectly. We had space for 8 at the dining table, enjoyed the hot tub and massage chair, board game and a book from the shelf. The bedrooms were nicely spaced out and it was quiet at night.

This place exceed my expectations. There is plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, hot tub and massage chair is amazing addition especially if you spend all day on the biking trails.
Very easy communication via text.
If I ever come back to Big White I would definetly stay at this place again
