• Submit your grocery list at least 72 hours before check-in
• We’ll shop and stock the fridge before your arrival
• Payment must be completed prior to purchase

Pricing:

• $75 stocking service fee (covers up to 10 items)
• Cost of groceries (based on receipt)
• Additional items over 10: $5 per item
• Requests under 48 hours (if available): $50 rush fee

The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

• Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Additional guests must be verified with hosts (max of 12 overall guests).

• No pets unless discussed with owner. Additional cleaning fee may apply.
• No parties, party buses, or party vans.
• No smoking in the home. We have a balcony and front porch or large backyard that you may go to smoke. Smoking indoors will include +$1000 odor cleaning fee.
• Respect the neighborhood. No littering, loitering, excessive noise/music.
• Respect Outdoor Quiet Hours: 10PM - 7AM Weekdays 10PM - 10AM Weekends & Holidays

If shuttling/ubering to and from the property after quiet hours, please be mindful of sleeping neighbors and do not loiter on the street.

It`s important for us to maintain good relationships with the neighborhood in order for us to continue renting out our space.
