Escape to Lake June in Lake Placid! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront home offers peaceful water views and stunning sunsets. Enjoy crisp mornings by the lake, fish or boat from the dock, and relax in spacious, comfortable living areas. Perfect for families or friends seeking a cozy retreat with beautiful scenery and unforgettable evenings by the water.
This charming two-level cottage offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.
On the main floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals together. The primary bedroom features a king bed and dedicated workspace. The second bedroom includes a king bed, twin bunk beds, and a twin trundle—ideal for families or groups.
The lower level (basement level) offers two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom three features a queen bed, and bedroom four also includes a queen bed.
Step outside to a spacious deck with comfortable lounge seating, a dining table, and a grill—perfect for enjoying meals with a view. The private dock is available for guest use. While the boat lift is not accessible, cleats and buoys are provided if you bring your own boat or rent one locally.
The entire house except for the garage/boat lifts are available for use.
There are 3 outdoor security cameras. One faces the road to cover the driveway, one faces the dock and covers the sea wall area, and a ring doorbell. There are not any security cameras inside or that face inside the home for our renter's privacy.
Lake June in Winter is a recreation spring fed lake. People like to swim, do watersports and fish year round. With that said, we do live in Florida and lake life includes MayFilies, Midges, Birds, Ducks and rarely you may spot an alligator. Please perform all water sports at your own risk.

One small pet is allowed and must be disclosed in the booking. We charge $100 extra pet fee to allow for extra cleaning, sanitation and home preparation for a pet.
Absolutely no parties. There is a maximum capacity of 10 people unless otherwise communicated with the host. If the host approves, additional persons may visit over the 10 person capacity. This is at the host's discretion.
Lake June Pontoon has boats and jetski's for rental. After booking, I am happy to provide your party a 10% discount code.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay, the home was clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect, with the dock for our water toys and fire pit to roast marshmallows. The host was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, the space was well stocked, and every detail made it feel welcoming. My kids absolutely loved the bunk room with all the toys and we would absolutely stay here again .Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway on the lake.
