Clean rooms, big swiming pools with slides, breakfast is good, staff have been nice since checkin.
Refregirator not working properly, TV not working because of poor satellite signal.

Good size of bed. Cleaned daily. Close to some shops and the location is fairly close to the tourist spots of Medina.
For a 4-star hotel, cups, tea and coffee should be offered as free in the room ready with a kettle. They don’t offer them. They charge guests to use the indoor swimming pool which baffled me. Swimming pool is a standard facility. Their breakfast was all the same for the 12 days we stayed in the hotel. I stopped taking breakfast after the 6th day.
