The Space:

Set across three levels, this architecturally designed home offers a refined coastal retreat immersed in its surroundings. Expansive glazing captures treetop outlooks and ocean glimpses, while bespoke finishes soften the contemporary aesthetic with a warm, inviting feel.



Level two forms the heart of the home — a dramatic open-plan living, kitchen and dining zone wrapped in glass. Sink into leather lounges beside the statement fireplace in cooler months, or slide open the doors to invite in the sea breeze. From here, step out onto the deck, where alfresco dining, bar seating, and a gas BBQ overlook the bushland canopy. After the beach, refresh beneath the outdoor shower tucked among the greenery, or gather around the firepit as dusk settles.



The kitchen is made for gathering, with a generous island and gas cooktop serving as a natural meeting point for morning coffee or evening drinks. Quality appliances, an espresso machine and full cookware make entertaining effortless, while expansive windows over the sink draw in the landscape. Nearby, the dining table sets the scene for shared meals with a bottle of Chardonnay.



Upstairs, three tranquil bedrooms await. The primary bedroom features a king bed, leafy views and an ensuite, while the second bedroom also offers a king bed. The third bedroom features two king single beds, ideal for friends or children. A spacious family bathroom with a walk-in shower serves this level. Downstairs, a rumpus room with a TV and lounge seating provides a relaxed retreat for families or groups and doubles as the fourth bedroom, featuring a bunk bed, trundle bed and a double fold-down Murphy bed for additional guests.



A private laundry with a washer and dryer supports longer stays. Split-system air conditioning is available in the upstairs bedroom for added comfort during warmer months. On-site parking accommodates four vehicles in the carport and driveway.

Parking: There are four free parking spots available in the driveway.



Airport: 46 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
