The beautiful 3-room vacation apartment "WellenSpiel" is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Karlshagen on the island of Usedom, just about 50 m from the fine-sand, kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach. The beautifully laid-out 3-room vacation apartment, measuring approximately 60 m², is located at Dünenstraße 18 on the 4th floor of an apartment building with condominiums completed in 1994 and offers ample space for up to 4 people.
The vacation apartment features one bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and another bedroom with a multifunctional bed (90 x 200 cm). Thanks to the space-saving bed, this room—which is suitable as a children’s room—offers plenty of space to play. Books, toys, and a high chair are available for young guests. You’ll also have access to a cozy living room, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. There is also an unlocked room in the basement for storing bicycles.
The vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are also not permitted.
Important note:
Roof work is scheduled for the building in 2026. Starting around mid-April 2026, roof renovation work will be carried out on the courtyard side of the building, which is expected to last approximately 3 months. During this period, construction-related disruptions (e.g., noise, scaffolding, construction work, and restrictions in the outdoor area) may occur.
These measures are beyond the control of the broker and the owner. The resulting disruptions are known and do not constitute a defect in the rental property. Any claim for a rent reduction, compensation, or termination of the lease agreement is excluded.
