The Space:
A 40 m² designer loft located in the heart of Palermo Chico, one of the city's trendiest and safest neighborhoods.
The apartment is accessible via stairs and features a spacious open-plan kitchen, a cozy living area with a sofa bed (including an extra mattress), and a comfortable queen-size bed that can be separated to suit your group's needs.
It is equipped with heating and air conditioning, as well as fast, reliable Wi-Fi.
The apartment is situated on the first floor, accessible via a wide staircase.
It features a large communal terrace with small pools—surrounded by lush trees—where you can enjoy the spring and summer breeze.
Guest Access:
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Palermo Chico is a trendy neighborhood surrounded by amazing and large parks such as the Botanical Garden, the Rosedal and the EcoPark (formerly Zoo of Buenos Aires) just a few meters away from our property. Free parking on the street is permitted as well as many private parking places around the area.
You can also find diverse Shopping Malls for high end and luxury brands in Alto Palermo and Paseo Alcorta.
