Absolutely loved our stay in Phoenix NY on the River!! It was so peaceful with the river views! The apartment was very clean, furnished nicely and well stocked with everything we needed! Highly recommend staying here, can’t wait to come again soon with my boyfriend.

My family had a great stay in Phoenix NY. The property was very clean and furnished nicely!! kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and a variety of teas. The owner Bobby was very responsive and checked on us to make sure we had enough towels and toiletries. The river views were breathtaking, very peaceful sunsets and the village was walking distance to the property. We had dinner at Duskie's Bar & Grill, the burgers are amazing!! We will definitely stay at this property again!!!
