The Seehund apartment is located on Ockenswarft in a completely secluded setting, right on the Nordstrander outer dike. The property underwent extensive renovation from the ground up in 2024 and 2025 and is nestled in the open landscape of the Trendermarsch. Meadows and fields stretch out behind the house, and the North Sea lies beyond the dike. Your four-legged friends are also welcome here.
Located on the first floor, it accommodates two people and features a clean, open floor plan. The bedroom features a double bed measuring 180 × 200 centimeters; it is bright and quiet, with wooden elements that create a warm atmosphere. The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment; it is bathed in natural light and generously proportioned. A sleeper sofa, a dining table, and a smart TV blend harmoniously into the space.
The high-quality kitchen-dining area is decorated in natural, light tones and has everything you need to prepare your own meals while on vacation. Among other things, it features a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a freezer.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and offers plenty of storage space.
A special feature of the apartment is its three terraces, which face three different directions. One of the terraces is fully furnished. All offer unobstructed views of the marshland and wildlife of the Nordstrand Peninsula and invite you to enjoy the passing of the day outdoors.
The apartment includes a lockable bike storage room with a power outlet for charging e-bikes. A charging station is also available for electric cars.
