Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom, while the second bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm

- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
