The Space

A three-bedroom home on a single level, on Frankton Road between Frankton and central Queenstown.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with ensuite.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with main house: dishwasher, gas stove top, oven fridge, microwave, machine, toaster.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

This property sits alongside Lake Wakatipu on Frankton Road, with a scenic lakefront walk into central Queenstown and equally easy access to Frankton the other way. The lakefront is a 2-minute walk away.

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
