- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment, including windows and/or balconies.
- Parties and noise that may disturb the peace and quiet of the residents are not allowed.
- Access is not permitted to people not registered on the reservation.
- Unregistered pets are not allowed.
- Please take care of the apartment's furniture and facilities.

• Early check-in: If you wish to enter before 4:00 p.m., please let us know upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we can accommodate you, but it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the previous guest’s check-out and the cleaning schedule.
✅ For safety reasons, luggage or personal belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning. For your convenience, we recommend using nearby luggage storage services in Málaga, for example:

Overall, we had a decent stay and the hosts were responsive, which we appreciated. However, there were important issues that made our experience disappointing.
The main reason we booked this apartment was because the Expedia listing advertised a clothes dryer. Since we were only staying one night and checking out early, being able to wash and dry clothes was important during our family trip. Upon arrival, we found there was no dryer. We were told it was a mistake in the listing and that Málaga’s weather would dry the clothes quickly, but there was not even a drying rack available. We had to use broken hangers and hang clothes around the apartment, and they still did not dry, forcing us to leave with damp clothes.
Another major issue was the noise. The listing asks guests not to disturb others but does not mention the extremely loud bars downstairs. Since the first-floor windows were not soundproof, sleeping was nearly impossible until around 5 AM.
Lastly, there was no mention that the building was under renovation. The first floor was full of workers and construction dust, which got onto our luggage and clothes. We understand renovations happen, but this should be disclosed in advance, especially for guests with allergies.
The stay was okay overall, but the listing needs to be more transparent.
