A comfortable seating area, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a Bluetooth speaker invite you to enjoy cozy moments. The modern kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, is perfect for relaxed cooking and dining. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. On the open-concept upper level is the bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m)—a quiet retreat with the special charm of the old house. In addition, the beds are already made and towels are provided for you. A parking space is available right next to the house. Behind the house is a private tennis court (artificial turf with quartz sand)—ideal for anyone who wants to stay active even while on vacation. The court can be booked on a weekly basis. Private access to the lake is also included with the property. For relaxing outings on the water, three rowboats are at your disposal; they can be easily transported from the rack behind the tennis court to the water and back using the provided boat trailer.
