Welcome to Sundance, a beautifully styled coastal stay perfectly positioned just moments from the golden sands of Half Moon Bay. Light-filled living and dining spaces create an easy, relaxed vibe, with a dining table seating 6 for shared meals after a day by the water. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher, making holiday cooking simple, while the sunny outdoor seating area is ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink in the garden. With two bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and off-street parking, Sundance is designed for a comfortable and effortless beachside escape.

Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
Bedroom 3 — Two single beds
Spend your days strolling to Half Moon Bay for a swim, grabbing famous fish and chips for lunch, or exploring the cafés, restaurants and boutiques of nearby Black Rock and Sandringham. Golf lovers will also appreciate the excellent courses just minutes away — all part of this sought-after bayside lifestyle.
Dog friendly (1) with prior arrangement.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
