Good location: Galé is a quiet area of Algarve, even during crowded holiday months has a long sandy beach where one can still have a quiet time away from busy areas. The house is 20-25 mins walking distance from Galé Oeste (closer beaches also possible but smaller and more rocky), 10 minutes walking distance from close supermarkets, several nearby restaurants.
Outdoor area and swimming pool are both not massive but very pleasant and more than suitable for the number of people using it (most of them families resident in the other villas, not many renting as guests). Nice shades and good water temperature (no heated pool but due to size the temperature in August was kept very pleasant).
Air conditioning working perfectly all over the house.
Although it has the facilities to serve the purpose of a week holiday, the property seems run down and with just the minimum care. It was clean enough (flooring, beds, kitchen, sofa), mainly toilets were lacking better care: bathtub curtain with mould, shower cabin door loose, loose sink in one of the toilets).
We noticed one of the beds was broken on the first night and reported it right away. As there is a sofa bed we could use it with no issues as interim solution, however we were told the maintenance would be with us soon, had to keep chasing for it and were told by the end of the week that replacement would only be done after our check out. We requested and were given a small credit of the amount paid as a compensation for it, but even for that to happen we had to chase several times.
Outdoor furniture of the property very ran down: only one sun bed and completely broken (we could use only others available in the pool area), parasol could not be used at all as it was broken too.
Overall no massive issues, and we still had a great time, but given the charged price (and comparing with similar properties and prices in the same area) one would expect a better level of service and quality of the facilities.

El adosado es muy amplio, hemos estado muy cómodos, tiene todo el menaje necesario para cocinar, los aires funcionan perfectamente ( hemos estado en plena ola de calor)
En general muy contentos con el alojamiento.
No fuimos capaces de conectar la televisión, de todos modos tampoco fue imprescindible para nosotros
