The location had stunning views out over the bay and we could sit out in the morning and watch the boats go by. It was the perfect spot for us as we could pop into town, up the road to Belfast, down the coast to Portaferry, or around the coast and up to the Giants Causeway.
If you like your heating, this place has got it covered. We only used it sparingly, on for a bit, then off again as no matter what we set it to, the radiators turned into your very own sun, putting out enough heat to melt me instantly, my family liked it but I'm a sook!

I really enjoyed my stay, I was nervous as I was travelling solo with 3 young kids but they loved the caravan!! Such excitement when seeing the boats from the double doors of the static. Location is great with shopping centre, soft play and Groomsport beach so close. Host was really helpful and quick to respond.
I would definitely stay again.
Bit of a dog smell but I do appreciate it is dog friendly so not necessarily a real negative and there wasn’t any carpet in the main living area anyway. I had a baby crawling so always prefer less carpet when we are staying away from home.

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at this property. The location was excellent, with beautiful views and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that made it the perfect place to unwind. We also really appreciated that it was dog-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely place to relax.
The property was lovely overall, but the cleaning could have been better. I also wasn't a fan of the homemade air freshener with cloves inside it—it wasn't to my taste, so I left it outside during our stay. ☺️
