Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel n'a pas une meilleure note car de mon point de vue, il était parfait.
L'architecture de cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique et nous rappelle que nous sommes bel et en Ouzbékistan.
Il est situé en retrait du centre-ville mais on peut s'y rendre en 10-15 minutes à pieds. L'idéal pour la tranquillité.
Les chambres sont agréablement bien décorées et on y retrouve tout ce qu'on a besoin.
Le personnel est souriant, avenant et disponible pour nous aider où nous renseigner.
Lors de mon départ, un employé de la réception m'a appelé un taxi mais nous nous sommes mal compris sur l'endroit où il devait me prendre.
Quand le chauffeur à appelé la réception pour lui faire savoir que je n'étais pas au point de rencontre, l'employé de la réception à monté dans le taxi pour partir à ma recherche. Quel service !
Puis, rendu à la gare comme prévu, le même employé de la réception m'a appelé pour me demander si j'étais bien rendu à destination toute en modifiant ces services si je rencontrerais un problème. Wow !
Merci â nouveau à cet employé dont j'ai malheureusement oublié le prénom.
Le seul petit bémol serait le petit déjeuner. Bien que bon et frais, le choix était peu varié et il n'y avait pas de jus frais et de la confiture...
Pour le reste, c'était parfait ! 😉
La piscine n'était pas disponible.

Overall the stay was good and the hotel has a charming traditional Uzbek courtyard design that gives it character. The location in Samarkand was convenient and the staff were decent.
The breakfast was very disappointing and not worth writing home about. The coffee was poor throughout. The fountain/water feature in the central courtyard — which looks stunning in the photos — was not working at all, which was a letdown. The overall interior design didn’t feel as eye-catching or impressive in person as it appeared online.

サマルカンド旧市街に歩いて行ける距離感でした。中庭が美しかったです。
ホテル到着の初日、クレジットカードで支払い予定が、クレジットカード端末の不具合で支払いが出来ませんでした。チェックアウト時にクレジットカード端末が直ってると説明があり、チェックアウト時に支払う事になりました。だがしかし、チェックアウト時もクレジットカード端末の調子が悪く、支払が出来ませんでした。結局、タクシーを呼んでホテルからATMへ移動し、キャッシング、ホテルに戻り現金支払い、タクシーでホテルからサマルカンド駅へ移動になりました。鉄道の時間が迫っており、ATM往復でとても冷や冷やしました。クレジットカード払いを希望の宿泊者は、このホテルをおススメ出来ません。現金派の方は、何ら問題ないのでこのホテルでよいと思います。
