Rustic but disappointing
Bathroom door - no privacy, with the gaps in the door, and no escaping the smell of your partners no2, We aren't in school now. Needs turning round and 2 extra pieces being put on top and bottom. Shower - kept going very hot then cold, mira are known for this. Decking outside door - just have it the whole length, was very awkward with an older dog. Personally id put an extension out in to that space and add more interior room. Garden, not private, not enclosed, just had a missing fence panel, no real outside light, just needs something as with the decking was dodgy holding a torch, keys and bags in the dark and the dog. Or going out at night with the dog. Cooking, no real surface area to prep, no oven or microwave. The 2 hobs couldn't really be used as there was no where to store our stuff so ended up on the Limited counter space. Patio - wouldn't lock properly (note clock was broken b4 we arrived, and we gt why with the door being slammed all the time). The floor mirror...takes up valuable floor space, and got in the way of feet hanging over end of bed. Storage, our stuff was on the floor taking up space, making it hazardous to walk at night, meaning leaving the side light on all night. Impacted sleep for both of us. Thrrr was alrrady stuff under the bed and we were there for 4 days. Wifes carry on Suit case wouldnt fit under as it was a low bed. A large shelf above the bed and kitchen area would help massively. The bin - just a basket, meaning after the 2nd day of sight seeing we came back to a room that smelt, gt one with a closing lid. No instruction for recycling. Size over all - way smaller than expected at the price point paid. More of shed with the amount of sound that came through. We gt its a working farm, but the pigs go all night, and inside a solid built property wld probably be ok. At 400+ for 4 nights was expecting something a bit more. Ok for 1 or 2 nights but not for many. Nothing on the list warranted engaging with the owner.

Would 100% recommend & stay again.
Gorgeous little cabin. Very well thought out & everything you could ever need. Bed was extremely comfy! View was lovely. Wish we were staying for more than a night.
Nothing! We just could quite see it in the dark when we arrived.

Don't go there
Nothing
Dirty, hairs on floor, dirty dishcloth, bed looked like linen hadn't been washed recently. We left and didn't actually sleep there, choosing instead to stay at The Village Inn back in the village.

The huts itself was okay, needed a little attention or facelift.
Quiet and peaceful. Good location.
Hut needs a little attention, bath towel had a hole in it, no plug for the bathroom basin.

Location was lovely
There was nothing to dislike. Our only issue was that the bed was a bit too small for my husband so we didn’t sleep very well although the bed itself was comfy

Lovely little hideaway with a great view. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of hot water and a good shower and adequate kitchen equipment to prepare small meals and thank you to the host for the milk and biscuits.
We were a bit confused by what we had read regarding being on a working farm because it felt like no-one else stayed on the site except us during the nights and it was a place where other businesses are located. We didn't receive any instructions about entering the property until several hours after check in time, so on arrival I went to a building called Hotel International to check in where I was just told, its nothing to do with us. Anyway, we managed to get in. There was a folder with some pub menus but would have appreciated a bit more information about places to visit and where to place rubbish on exit, times of departure etc. The website said 9am and this was the time we vacated the property but it is earlier than most places. It was a pleasant stay in a beautiful part of the country and situated just outside a lovely, friendly village.
There was nothing to dislike but feel these few issues could be addressed. As I always remove bedding after use (some places request this} I think after seeing the mattress, it would be worth considering protectors for the mattress and pillows.
It was hot when we stayed so it was lovely to sit outside in the evening but there were smells from the communal bins, maybe they should be emptied more often and cleaned. From a previous review I read that the fence next to the building was being fitted, but this now stops you from hooking the door back when its windy.
