With a few improvements that wouldn't cost the owner much money this could be a great stay.

Location was great.

Towels were old and worn out. When we arrived the dryer was on with the previous tennants sheets/towels which made the apartment feel like a sauna. There were issues with the lights not working properly. There was tea/coffe but no milk.

Do not rent this ever again.

The apartment wasn't located where the listing said it was. The Wi-Fi didn't work. I messaged the person in charge, but they never replied. I find it disrespectful that they never responded—not even to explain the change of address or the issue with the Wi-Fi.

It was unsatisfactory for what we expected

Two out of three lifts were out of service throughout the stay, resulting in long wait times. The pool was under maintenance and that was the reason why we booked this place because of the kids and the toilet seat was broken

The property has great potential because of its excellent location and available facilities. If the host improves the ma

The location is brilliant and very convenient.

The bathroom light and air conditioning were not working, and the linen was very old and torn. Communication with the host was also very poor. The phone number provided was invalid or not working, and messages sent through Booking.com were either unanswered or only replied to after one or two days
