The bathroom light and air conditioning were not working, and the linen was very old and torn. Communication with the host was also very poor. The phone number provided was invalid or not working, and messages sent through Booking.com were either unanswered or only replied to after one or two days

Nice view

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed!! The bathroom lights didn’t work at all. The TV didn’t work. Had to go to another location to pick up keys - not in description. Dirty ++ found an old cupcake wrapper under the bed

Proximity to CBD and the southern cross station.

The air conditioner didn’t work. Inside temperature was to 12C. What I didn’t like was that I emailed the property direct and have to date not received a reply. Accept that for a 2 night stay it couldn’t be fixed - but a response would have been wise. I wouldn’t be here complaining. 60th floor and only roller blinds - I did close them at end of day to retain some heat but late day of arrival meant the otherwise wonderful apartment was very cold.

DO NOT BOOK THIS

The power to the property was disconnected - upon spending copious amounts of time trying to solve this with the building manager, he showed me that it had been disconnected due to unpaid power bill. No lights, no heating, no working fire alarm. Nothing. It was impossible to get hold of a contact for the booking because the contact number listed for the reservation is fake. Booking.com finally got hold of the owner who was unwilling/unable to have it restored during my two night business stay. The owner has refused to refund the money, let alone cover the alternative accommodation I had to arrange elsewhere at 9pm at night. Appalling is an understatement, and I agree with the other reviews - staying here is a genuine scam.
