We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, only around a two-minute walk from West Kensington station, which made getting around London really easy. The studio was on a higher floor, very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was really comfortable and there was a nice little seating area where we could have breakfast in the morning. Having the coffee machine was a nice touch too. Check-in was straightforward and overall it was a really convenient and comfortable base for London.
The shower is inside the studio, but the toilet is just outside in the hallway. We knew this before booking and it wasn’t an issue for us at all. The toilet is completely private, lockable and only for the use of this studio, so in practice it was absolutely fine.

Vicinanza con la metro, vi sono supermarket e ristoranti a due passi. È possibile cucinare qualcosa. Molto apprezzata la macchina del caffè, con molte cialde a disposizione.
Nonostante 8 notti, non è prevista una pulizia intermedia, né cambio di asciugamani. Consiglio di mettere un filo per poter appendere gli asciugamani dopo la doccia. Il letto è piccolo, ma confortevole, invece il divano letto è scomodissimo: se siete 3 adulti sconsiglio, se il 3 è un bambino può anche andare. Il bagno andrebbe rivisto: la doccia è piena di muffa in basso sul silicone. Mancanza di insonorizzazione: se le persone che vi stanno sopra sono rumorose si sente tutto, siamo stati svegliati diverse volte. Si sente tutto anche se non sono rumorose!
C'era solo mezzo rotolo di carta igienica...

Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza troppo piccola per due persone e con un letto veramente troppo piccolo. Ma è bastato chiedere e ci è stata trovata subito una soluzione con una stanza piu grande e accogliente seppur pagando un piccolo supplemento (ma è stato giusto cosi). Cambio asciugamani gratis e stanza veramente ben fornita.
Uniche due note sarebbe giusto specificare in fase di prenotazione quale appartamento verrà dato. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

The location is great. Right next to the tube! Great dining and little shops just blocks away.
Kelly, who was our contact while we stayed was extremely kind and responsive with some issues we had while there. She gets a 10/10.
The condition of the apartment left much to be desired. The whole place seemed rather worn down. Our hot water wasnt working at first. Our bed was very uncomfortable. The walls are very thin, you hear everything through them. The first couple nights we had a neighbor who played electronic music all night, but Kelly (our reservation contact) quickly addressed this. For Americans, keep in mind, "private bathroom" does not mean the toilet is in your room, this bathroom is down the hall with a combination lock. Again, the condition of the bathroom left much to be desired.
Also, our electricity went out once. I guess the least annoying thing, our TV wouldnt connect to the internet, so no functional TV.
If you reserve the place, you should do so because its cheap and because its located conveniently close to the District line tube. Ideally you dont plan to be spending much time in the actual apartment.
Again, Kelly was great.
