Excellent location near airport and all local facilities. Fantastic modern property with ice cold air con and plenty of space. Great breakfast each day at the Clipper in Irish town, a few beers in O'Reilleys around the Ocean Village Marina round the corner and also highly recommend Moniques for an evening meal in the upmarket Marina (it's easy to miss this gem of a location, if not familiar with the area), although this Marina is a little further to walk. The host Soe was great and very helpful. I'd definately look to stay here again.

Property was very clean, all new and freshly built. Location was ideal, easy walking distance to everything around. Public transport was cheap and easy. Restaurants and shops abundant. And of course, very close to the airport, which was the main appeal for me. The boarders are now open, so can literally walk into Spain territory within 15 minutes, walking across the runway ! Lots of historic buildings and places to see and don’t forget the monkeys up the Rock, which is well worth the visit.
The only thing that really was annoying was that there was a construction site right next door, a multi storey car park being built. They started the heavy machinery from 8am right through to 7/8pm at night. Was not able to go out on the balcony, as full of workers opposite which felt awkward. Also no chairs provided even if there was no work going on. The property has 2 lifts, although only one was working during our stay.

Close to the Airport and Town. Very well equipped and clean appartment. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice having coffee supplied.
We really didn't find anything that we didn't like. It is new and there is other building work around the Area but soon that will finish and all will be good. Currently the advertised Gym and pool are not available.
