Efficient and clear communication and easy check in. Location close to city center and central bus station. Friendly manager and very modern and clean.
Some noise at night. Also, the whole place is very grey black, not very inviting or relaxing. Some may like this, for me it felt a bit like a place without a soul. I would still come back though.

The location was reasonably quiet. There was plenty of space in the room, and the shower was excellent. There were cups, plates etc., available once we discovered the additional kitchens on each floor.

There was nothing we did not like - I booked the property not realising there were two flights of stairs to reach it as it’s a loft apartment - an oversight on my part - made us fitter though 😊

This studio apartment was in an excellent location for the Keighley Bus Station, which is what we wanted. We were able to park on road outside it because it was the weekend. The entry code to the front door and our ground floor studio worked fine. Everything in the studio was new and spotlessly clean. It was quiet inside and outside the studio. Communication with the host via Booking.com in advance of arrival and was effective. The free WIFI worked well.
The outside of the property does not show the number or the name of the property so we were uncertain if we were in the right place. The small double bed was uncomfortable and pushed against the wall at one side and the bedding was too warm so we did not sleep well. The description did not mention that the kitchen facilities were communal and upstairs; there was no kettle. The front door caused a problem (my fault - I pressed the wrong exit button) and this could not be rectified as the host was nowhere near the location; this caused me considerable anxiety and upset throughout the stay - perhaps a large notice would be useful by the front door?
