Good

The 'Team i Luxury' needs to make some improvements. The unit is well-equipped, but attention should be paid to the quality of the items; anything damaged or dirty needs to be replaced. It's a pretty good TV. It runs on Google TV and comes with a Netflix account ready to go. It's excellent. In terms of service, you are relying 100% on AI to handle WhatsApp inquiries; there needs to be an agent available to constantly attend to customers who are renting. Anyone renting this unit, please read this carefully: check-in is at 18:00 and check-out is at 15:00, as stated on the Booking.com app. The unit is fully equipped. Tq I-Luxury Kajang

Some fixtures are faulty—such as the shower and the sink tap, which has no water flow. You need to improve these aspects so that guests can continue to rent your unit comfortably.

all...very bad experience deal with this management ....booking sbb tak pernah tahu wujud waktu check in 6pm.... bila tanya, posible ke untuk check in awal...around 2-3pm...jawapan sama ai/machine ganerate.... konon agent akan serve after registration at 1pm....untuk check in time.....berpuluh kali mintak confirmation check in time...jwapan sama....will assist as soon as possible ....tapi sampailah 2.30...bru masuk group wtsapp...itu pon..10-15minit..tanya waktu check in...tiada jawapan...atau jawapan sama ai machine ganerate ..... lepastu dh call...spam wtsapp non stop...baru bagi timw check in....6pm..... aku datang naik kapcai dari raub....dengan cuaca hujan..panas...sampai kajang 1pm.....ada event pkul7pm.... kau nak aku tunggu smpai 6pm untuk check in...dari pkul1 smpai 2.30 aku duk mamak...nk tunggu sampai pkul 6...bru aku bleh rest ...??? apa susah sangat..jawap je soalan aku.... 6pm check in time... no earlier check in.... aku x payah pikir...xpayah tunggu kau orang punya as soon as possible ....... sangat memenatkan kan....menyusahkan...buang masa.....

The worst staycation experience ever

Not much, room is okay and normal, nothing special

Checkin is crazily late at 6pm. Registration process is very tedious and not customer friendly. First they give you a 03xxx number to call but nobody picka up. Then I have to send message to host to ask about how to check in. Then only they give a WhatsApp number. Then you chat with a AI bot who doesn't care about you and keep repeating same thing. You have to send your ID card and validation takes ages. Once checked in, I notice the tv is not working and streaming device is not powering on. I chatted again with the WA and guess what, the same AI is attending to me from 6pm until 10 pm without any solution. Keep asking me to call Careline but when called, all agents are busy since 6pm. I got a call at 10pm, and I asked for solution, else give me some refunds and we got into an argument until the staff called me stupid. The other staff finally responded in WA and being sarcastic too, asking me to do tribunal claims. The room is poorly maintained. Flushed toilets have strong noise. Mattress is already broken at one side, so you sleep like in a crooked hole. The location is also boring. Everything about this room stay is lousy. I wont recommend you to stay here.

I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my booking at Landmark Residence. I made my booking on 17 July at around 9:30 PM and paid around RM170. My booking was for 17 July (check-in) and 18 July (check-out at 12:00 PM). I arrived at the property at around 11:00 PM and immediately tried to contact the property owner to obtain my check-in details. However, I did not receive any booking confirmation email, check-in instructions, or any response from the owner. I waited for almost 3 hours without any reply.At around 12:30 AM, I was finally given a phone number to contact. They asked for my personal details, which I provided, but I still did not receive my check-in information.They then requested a copy of my IC. For privacy and security reasons, I sent a copy with a watermark, as I have done for all my previous bookings without any issues. Usually, providing my IC number or a watermarked copy has been accepted. However, this time they insisted on receiving the original, unwatermarked copy.I also requested that they communicate with me through the Booking.com app so that all conversations would be properly recorded. Unfortunately, they ignored my request and continued asking me to communicate via WhatsApp.Because of their poor communication and delay, I was unable to check in on time despite having paid in full. This caused me significant inconvenience, wasted my time, and ruined my stay.I believe this is completely unacceptable. I paid for the accommodation but did not receive the service I was promised. I would like Booking.com to investigate this matter, take appropriate action against the property owner, and arrange a full refund for my booking.
