The check-in process was well described and all went well. The location was perfect and parking was very convenient. It was all very clean, quiet and what we needed was provided. It was a nice little apartment. It was good value for the price.
We were not provided with a third towel, we are a family of 3. I sent a message and did not receive a reply. The sofa bed is not particularly easy to open, we were also not provided with a proper pillow for it. There was also no bin in the bathroom.

Apartment is perfect for a stay . Had everything we needed including a portable cot for our baby. Very clear instructions with helpful photos regarding check in .

I am still looking for a YELLOW LOCKED BOX OPPOSITE THE GARAGE ENTRANCE. I eventually found a small box attached to a bit of rebar behind some plants in a garden bed between 2 garage entrances. It took me over an hour to find it. Definitely not good. Then had to find the parking space after driving round 3 floors. Finally found a lift - no signage - got to the unit, and yes, wrong unit as got in the wrong lift. Need more signage and much clearer instructions. Lost over 2 hours finding entry key, correct parking space and lift. By the time I got to the property which was fine, I was definitely disgruntled. Rang number on booking sheet and got AI. Found a real person after another attempt at phoning, but they could not help.
The instructions to get into the building were a nightmare.
